Reimagining L&D for a new world of work.
Building a learning culture is influenced heavily by the experience of learning that talent has access to. For Deloitte, that meant reviewing its learning and development strategy and experience in lockstep, which is where we began.
From this work, we identified key areas for innovation and improvement and worked closely with our client to set a new ambition and manage internal change. To support this, we reimagined how talent accesses L&D programming, tools, content and resources and redesigned the firm’s central L&D webpage.
This was supported with a refreshed L&D brand position and identity giving the offering of L&D a unique proposition and experience for talent that aligned with, and activated the firm’s TVP. A bold communications campaign was developed to launch the new vision and experience for L&D, setting a new firm-wide aspiration for learning everywhere.
The result is a learning and development brand and experience that brings greater awareness to the places, spaces, and moments that help make Deloitte a learning organization.
