A signature program for a global community.

WSP has long grown through the acquisition of companies and capabilities around the world to expand what it can offer in the market. For years, the organization had acquired a variety of firms that focused on reimagining cities and infrastructure to improve health outcomes for people.
Bringing global teams and capabilities together is one of the ways that WSP activates its TVP. To support that, we were asked to help WSP develop a signature program that could bring overlooked talent populations and their capabilities together.
We started by engaging with 85+ global design, planning, and architecture team members to co-create a new and integrated program. We then defined, designed, and launched a program that brought visibility and recognition to these talent populations so that they could collaborate together.
The result was a new signature program internally and business offering to the market, which was branded as Healthy Places. Our work not only built market recognition through helping WSP’s network collaborate in unique ways, but it also drove new revenue growth and increased the desirability of other firms to join WSP’s network of companies.
