Kirstin is a global leader focused on the design and implementation of Talent Brands and Experiences for a new generation of work. For over 18 years she has partnered with CEOs, business leaders, cultural researchers, and employees to mobilize brands, energize organizational culture, design innovation platforms and accelerate new ways of working.
She is an accomplished facilitator and cross-disciplinary practitioner with a growing focus on collaboration culture and coalition design. She is energized to play a leading role in shaping the impact organizations can have on their people and the communities they serve. She is an active participant and keen student in the future of work and next generation talent.
Prior to co-founding Tangible she led global business and brand innovation departments at Idea Couture, Cognizant Digital Business and Sid Lee. Client engagements include Samsung, HTC, adidas, lululemon, UNDP, Deloitte, WSP, PSP, Natixis, TD Bank, FedEX and many more.
Derek uses his expertise in innovation, corporate and brand strategy to help organizations connect what they aim to achieve as a business with their culture, organizational strategy, and talent experience.
Prior to co-founding Tangible, Derek held leadership and management roles at Sid Lee, Deloitte, Canada Life, and Idea Couture. Over his career, he has led transformation initiatives, developed and implemented new capabilities, organized robust change management and people strategy programs, built brands from the ground up and crafted communications campaigns and strategies for some of the world’s leading consumer and business-to-business brands.
During his time, Derek has worked with clients such as Deloitte, RBC, Blue Cross of Canada, WSP, LIONS, the Government of Canada, HTC, and many others.
